We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is damaged
  • Wrong item received

In these cases, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are approved within 2–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank/provider

You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered

If you need an exchange, contact us first.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Allow additional processing time

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of:

  • Packaging
  • Shipping label
